Please check the size chart before ordering. Every product page has its own size chart. Can't find the size chart or not sure about the size? Please message us on WhatsApp first and we will help you choose, then place your order. We do not give free replacements because of size.

A size chart is shown on every product page and on our Size Guide. Please measure your child and compare before you order, because sizes can differ from brand to brand.

Since the size chart is available, size issues are not covered by free replacement. You can still exchange for another size, but the delivery charges are paid by you.

If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right free of charge and cover the delivery charges both ways. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (or an unboxing video). If a replacement is out of stock, you can choose a refund.
Happy to help. You can exchange for another size, colour or product as long as the item meets the conditions above and the new item is in stock.
For these exchanges the customer pays the delivery charges again: sending the item back to us and the delivery of the new parcel.

Returned items are checked on arrival. Items that are used, washed, damaged or missing tags will be sent back to you.
