Shipping policy
We deliver to cities and towns all over Pakistan through PostEx, with Cash on Delivery available. Here is what to expect once you place your order.
Please check the size chart before ordering. Every product page has its own size chart. Can't find the size chart or not sure about the size? Please message us on WhatsApp first and we will help you choose, then place your order. Free replacements are only for defective items, not for size.
Delivery time

These are estimates. Public holidays, bad weather, sale seasons or remote areas can sometimes cause delays. If your parcel is late, message us and we will check with PostEx for you.
Delivery charges
- Standard delivery: Rs 250 per order
- Free delivery on orders of Rs 5,000 and above
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available all over Pakistan
Please note: 6% charges (4% COD + 2% PostEx service tax) and delivery charges are non-refundable.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been dispatched, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will share your PostEx tracking details.
Exchanges, replacements and refunds

Receiving your parcel
- Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the rider can reach you
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will sort it out
