Order the right size

A size chart is shown on every product page and on our Size Guide. Please measure your child and compare before you order, because sizes can differ from brand to brand.

Size chart not showing, or still unsure? Contact us on WhatsApp or email before ordering and we will confirm the right size for your child.

Since the size chart is available, size issues are not covered by free replacement. You can still exchange for another size, but the delivery charges are paid by you.

7-day return and exchange window

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed and not altered
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

We cannot accept:

  • Requests made after 7 days of delivery
  • Items that are used, washed or damaged by the customer
  • Clearance or sale items marked as final sale, unless they are defective

Defective, damaged or wrong item

If something is wrong with your order, we will make it right free of charge and cover the delivery charges both ways. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos (or an unboxing video). If a replacement is out of stock, you can choose a refund.

Size, colour or change of mind

Happy to help. You can exchange for another size, colour or product as long as the item meets the conditions above and the new item is in stock.

For these exchanges the customer pays the delivery charges again: sending the item back to us and the delivery of the new parcel.

Refunds

If you would rather have a refund after receiving your parcel (for size, colour or change of mind):

  • Send the parcel back to us yourself through PostEx, at your own cost
  • The original delivery charges, 6% charges (4% COD + 2% PostEx service tax) and return charges are paid by the customer and are not refunded
  • We refund the product price by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa once the item reaches us and passes inspection

Returned items are checked on arrival. Items that are used, washed, damaged or missing tags will be sent back to you.

Receiving your parcel

  • Please make sure your address and phone number are correct so the rider can reach you
  • If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will sort it out
