We accept return requests within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:
* The item is defective, damaged, or has a manufacturing fault
* The item is unused and not worn
* The item is not washed or altered in any way
* The item is returned in its original packaging with tags intact
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
* Items that are used, washed, or damaged by the customer
* Clearance or sale items (if mentioned at purchase)
* Items returned after 7 days of delivery
